Kevin and Christen first met back in 2005 at Humble High School. Kevin was a year ahead, but they ended up in the same English class. Kevin just happened to sit right behind Christen. She thought he was funny and charming, but the timing wasn’t quite right.

A few years later, in 2009, they reconnected through their church band. Kevin played the drums, Christen sang, and before long, their friendship started turning into something more.

They didn’t rush into things. They knew this was bigger than just the two of them—it also meant becoming a family with Christen’s son, Landon. Landon was four when Kevin stepped into the role of “Dad,” and from there, their little family kept growing. In 2015, Harper Rose was born, and in 2020, they welcomed Rylee Belle.

On their wedding day, Kevin and Christen will be in their 16th year together. April 16th has become a special date for them—a reminder of how far they’ve come. Their relationship is real, solid, and built on love, faith, and a lot of laughs.

This wedding isn’t the start of their story— rather it’s a celebration of everything they’ve already built together. Kind of like a strong, steady tree that’s been growing for years and is finally in full bloom.
